The dedicated Placement Cell at IILM Business School coordinates the placement activities and also acts a liaison between the company and the student. The Placement Cell is responsible for arranging for interviews, personalized counseling of students, Resume development advice, communication training and mock interviews. The Placement cell is led by a faculty member as a Placement Coordinator and supported by Placement Committee.
