On
successful completion of the Programme the Institute provides
full support to the MBA students for their suitable placement by
inviting companies for campus placement. The Placement Cell is
led by a faculty member as a Placement Coordinator and supported
by Placement Committee.
Every Year the placement department undertakes the following
activities with the help of MBA-II students (Placement Committee)
and faculties of the IILM BS:
- Formation of students placement committee.
- Allocation of Guides for fresh MBA students to finalize
the Summer Training Project well in advance.
- Allocation of counselors for both MBA - I / II students.
- Sending thanking letters to the various organizations for
their co-operation extended during the Summer Training of
MBA students.
- Forwarding the Summer Training introductory letter
(Pre-Placement letter) to the various organizations within
and outside Maharashtra.
- Conducting students (Placement Committee) and faculty
meeting to discuss the progress of the Placement work.
- Organized Local Industrial tours for MBA - II students.
- Preparation of Placement Brochure and dispatching the
same to the different organizations for permanent placement.
- Personal visit to Pune-based industries to invite them
for Campus Interview.
- Conducted placement talk for MBA-I students with the help
of various expert faculties.
- Maintained cordial and healthy relations with the
Industrial people.
- Organized Institute and Industry Interaction with a view
to exchange the ideas on the topic "Outsourcing for
Business Success"
- In order to give practical exposure we deputed some of
our MBA-II students for conducting Marketing Research for
various Industrial Units.
Placement Campus Interview:
Every Year , the placement department undertakes various activities,
such as, formation of Students Placement Committee, Allocation
of guides for MBA-I students to finalize the summer training
project, forwarding pre-placement letters, preparation of
placement brochure, organized Industry and Institute Interaction
meet. Nearly, 40% of the students were placed in the following
industrial units:
