He is a Chartered engineer, a double Masters and an aspiring doctor. He is going to submit his Ph.D. thesis in Corporate Finance by March 2011. He has a vast experience of 30 years in Industry, teaching, research and development. He has been associated with organizations of repute like Delhi college of Engineering. IIT, Kharagpur, HCL in areas such as production, quality control, research and development, inventory control and corporate finance. As head of DPL India LTD managed all projects undertaken with Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited., NTPC Limited, Railways and NEW Okhla Industrial Development Authority. He has also been associated with a project sponsored by Bhaba Atomic research Center Trombay, Mumbai. His areas of interest are Finance, QT ,Operations Management and Entrepreneurship Management.

Ms. Jitarani Udgata
Assistant Professor PhD (IIFT, DELHI)

Prof. JITARANI UDGATA received her Bachelor with distinction in science from Berhampur University, Orissa. M.Sc in Marine Biology from Berhampur University, Orissa and Ph.D. in management from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Delhi. Currently she is an Assistant Professor at National Institute of Learning and Management, New Delhi. She teaches marketing, Brand management, International Business and Strategic Management. She has been delivering lectures at various other institutions in India. She has been visiting professor at Maharishi Institute of Management and Ramesh Chand Institute of Management. Ghaziabad. Prof. JITARANI UDGATA has published about 15 papers in national and international research journals and conferences. She has been carrying out sponsored/consultancy management and management integrated projects. She has traveled to several countries such as USA, Thailand and Singapore.

Ms. Mamta Aggarwal - Sr. Lecturer – HR
She is an M.phill & PGDBM in HRM & Marketing. She has thrice been position holder & once district topper in her academics background. She is having industry experience with esteemed organization like JCB,MIS.She also presented paper in international conference in IBMR,Pune.Her area of expertise are HRM ,HRD,Training& development.

Mr. SuryaKant - Sr. Lecturer - IT
He is working as a Sr.Lecturer of Information Technology. He has Industry and Academic experience of over 7 years and an excellent track record in both Industry and teaching. He has done his Post Graduation in Computer Science from Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra. He has a rich knowledge in Data Communication & Networking, Computer Graphic & Multimedia, Visual Basic, C, C++, Sql, Software Engineering, Database Management System, Data structure. Presently he is pursuing PhD from Jiwaji University, Gwalior.

Ms. Preeti Chopra - Lecturer - Finance
She is BBA and MBA with specialization in Finance. She also holds ADMAS diploma in Marketing from NIS Academy. She has worked in ICICI Prudential on the project "Comparative study of marketing strategies of life insurance companies". She has been working with IILM as lecturer for the past 2 year. She takes an effective part in organizing various academic activities & very Keen on the all round development of aspiring Managers. Her areas of expertise are BE, OB, PPM, CLE & FS.
