Her contributions to the study Perceptions and Attitude of Dealers and Consumers towards Bajaj Home Appliances is remarkable and substantial. She has four yours of teaching experience to his credit and keeps interest in Advertising & Sales and Distribution Management.

Ms. Ipsita Patra is an outstanding scholar and currently doing her Ph. D. from Utkal University. She is a corporate trainer and serves as a consultant to many concerns of repute like National Productivity Council, N.T.P.C. etc. She is a M.B.A. from Utkal University and handles subjects like Business Communication and Compensation Management.

Mr. Sanath Kumar Pattanaik.

Mr. Sanath Kumar Pattanaik is a qualified Charted Accountant and keeps interest in Auditing and Indirect Taxation. He is also trained in configuring ERP software - SAP R/3 in FICO module. He has worked as an Audit Manager to L. K. Kejriwal & Co. Bangalore and is consultant to ICFAI National College.

Mr. Muralidhar is a M.B.A. from Yugantar Society Tirpuse College, Nagpur and is currently continuing his Ph. D. in F.M. University, Balasore. He has handled much project work and is an outstanding academician in the area of Marketing Management. Mr. Nirmal Das Adhikari
Mr. Adhikari owns twenty years of extensive experience in various spectrum of HR discipline across a range of organizations. He is sufficiently skilled in developing and implementing Recruitment & Selection, Manpower planning, Performance Management & Development etc. Besides he is more popular as a French Interpreter as he had handled many key responsibilities in similar direction.

Mr. Ansuman Kumar Bhanja

Mr. Bhanja is a top notch technocrat with more than 15 years of experience in all major ferroalloys producers in India. He has more than 8 years of experience in General Management cadre and does have extensive experience in imparting training at seminars for working professionals. He has administered departments like production, maintenance, quality control, materials management, corporate affairs etc. He is a B. Tech. from IIT Kharagpur and is a qualified lead assessor. Besides he has done his MDP in IIM. Ahemadabad and is a honor graduate from NCTI, USA.

Ms. Rashmi Rekha Bhuyan
M.Com. (F. M. University)
Ms. Bhuyan is an M.Com. from F.M. University, Balasore and is currently pursuing her Ph. D on topic titled "Non-Performing Assets of Banks". In addition to her contribution to academia she does have expert know how in accounts finalization, internal audits, budgeting and tax planning. Currently she is working a faculty in Finance and is a visiting professor to many premier B-Schools in the city.

Mr. Subrat Kumar Parida

Mr. Parida adds to his credit 13 long years of teaching experience and is currently pursuing his Ph. D. entitled "A study on e-HRM practices in Indian Corporate". He works as an Asst. Professor with R.C.M. Bhubaneswar, and is a visiting professor to many premier B-Schools of the State. Besides he had worked as a Professor with Build Bright University, Cambodia and had published many research papers in National journals of repute. He keeps interest in handling subjects related to programming and database management and is a life member of ISTD New Delhi.

Mr. Shaikh Sahanwaz Islam

Mr. Devajyoti had wide range of exposure into accounting, auditing, taxation and financial functions. He has done numerous statutory audit of companies, banks and other institutions.
